Public SMS Consent Evidence

This page documents the separate SMS consent flows used by Binary Cloud Services LLC for informational/service messages and for marketing/promotional messages.

Separation of consent: Binary Cloud Services LLC does not use one combined checkbox for both marketing and informational SMS. Each category has its own public opt-in page and its own consent language.

Informational / Service SMS Consent

Public URL: /sms-opt-in/

Purpose: account notifications, maintenance alerts, support responses, security notices, and service-related updates.

Consent method: unchecked website checkbox with written consent language.

Includes: message frequency disclosure, message/data rates disclosure, STOP and HELP instructions, Privacy Policy link, and Terms of Service link.

Excludes: promotional or advertising consent.

Marketing / Promotional SMS Consent

Public URL: /marketing-sms-opt-in/

Purpose: promotions, discounts, offers, new feature announcements, and similar advertising messages.

Consent method: separate unchecked website checkbox dedicated only to marketing/promotional SMS.

Includes: message frequency disclosure, message/data rates disclosure, STOP and HELP instructions, Privacy Policy link, and Terms of Service link.

Consent scope: applies only to marketing SMS and is separate from informational/service SMS consent.

Users must actively check an unchecked box before submitting either SMS form.
Service/informational messages and marketing messages are collected on separate pages with separate disclosures.
Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
